Before You Visit

What this is. Three Tails Cafe is a managed cat lounge. You're reserving a 60-minute visit with our resident cats — many of whom are adoptable through our local rescue partners. Light beverage service may be available; the cats are the experience.

Heads up. Cat dander is present throughout the lounge — please skip your visit if you have a serious cat allergy. Photos are welcome, but please no flash. We aim to be accessible; if you have a specific need, contact us before your visit and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Our cats come first. Please be gentle, move slowly, and let the cats approach you — never chase or corner them.
Sanitize your hands before entering the lounge. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance.
Use inside voices. Cats have sensitive hearing — please keep noise low and silence your phone in the lounge.
Children ages 13 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times, with no more than 2 children per adult in the lounge.
No outside food or drinks in the lounge. Please do not feed the cats — they are on special diets.
The lounge cats are residents in partnership with local rescues. Personal pets are not permitted; only certified medical assistance animals are allowed in the cafe area.
Do not wake sleeping cats. They need their rest too!
Full payment is collected online at the time of booking. Refunds are available if cancelled at least 24 hours before your visit.
Need to reschedule? You can update or cancel your reservation from the link in your booking confirmation.
